Shipping Policy

At Pepper and Spices (operating under the brand name GUJJU via gujjumasala.in), we strive to deliver every order accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products purchased from our platform.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST shall be processed the next business day. During high volume periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may extend marginally, and users will be informed via email/SMS.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeline is between 3 to 7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability. Remote or out-of-delivery areas may experience slightly longer timelines. Delivery timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout. Promotional campaigns may include free shipping or subsidized delivery based on order value or pin-code eligibility. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS, enabling real-time status updates of your consignment.

Our courier partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable or address details are incorrect, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO). In such cases, re-dispatch can be initiated after verifying the updated address, subject to applicable re-shipping charges.

We currently deliver only within India. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Delivery is restricted to serviceable areas as per available courier networks. Any order placed for an unserviceable pin code may be canceled with prior notification and full refund.

We ensure that all products are securely packaged using industry-standard tamper-evident materials. Customers are advised to refuse delivery if the outer packaging appears tampered with, damaged, or opened. Once the product is accepted and opened, claims for tampering or shortage will not be entertained.

In case of unforeseen delays (weather, pandemic, operational hold-ups), the user will be notified through their registered contact details. If an order remains undelivered beyond 15 working days from dispatch and is confirmed as lost in transit, we shall initiate a refund or reshipment at no additional cost, post necessary investigation.

Any modification in the delivery address must be requested before dispatch. Post-dispatch address change is not permissible as per courier protocols.

Pepper and Spices (operating under the brand name GUJJU via gujjumasala.in) shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, governmental actions, courier partner disruptions, strikes, or national emergencies.
