By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately. To place an order on gujjumasala.in, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria and are authorized to make purchases on behalf of yourself or a third party.

User Registration

You must create a registered account to place an order; guest checkouts are not permitted. During registration, provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and gujjumasala.in will not be responsible for unauthorized access or use of your account. You will receive a verification email that must be confirmed to activate your account.

Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to confirmation and availability. The order confirmation signifies that your order has been received and is being processed but does not constitute acceptance. gujjumasala.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where the product is unavailable, payment issues occur, or fraud is suspected. Any payment made will be refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Payment Terms

Payment for your order must be made in full at the time of purchase, using one of the available payment methods on the Site (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, or COD with an additional charge displayed at checkout). All payments are processed securely and we do not store financial data. If payment cannot be processed successfully, your order will not be processed or shipped.

Pricing and Charges

The prices displayed on the Site include all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added at checkout. Any change in pricing will be communicated clearly at checkout, and the final price for your order will be confirmed before payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 working days, depending on location. We deliver only within India; shipments to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) are not accepted.

Cancellation, Return, and Refund

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order placement if unshipped; no cancellations apply to customized, bulk, or limited-edition items once processed. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered products, reported within 24 hours of receipt, and must be unopened, untampered, and in original packaging. Refunds, including partial refunds, are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method upon verification. Return shipping is borne by us only if the issue is on our part; otherwise, customers must cover the charges using a trackable service. For lost or delayed shipments beyond 15 working days, we offer a full refund or reshipment after courier verification.

User Obligations

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior, including submitting false information, identity theft, attempting to bypass payment systems, or reselling products purchased from the Site. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account, and you may be held liable for any damages caused.
